Shipping Process

We have partnered with USPS, UPS, and FED-EX to ensure your physical product(s) are tracked, insured, and arrive at your home safely.

Your order will ship within 1-7 business days after your order has been processed. 

Processing of physical products can take 1-5 business days. (Time to process orders is based upon inventory and order volume. We appreciate your patience.)

Costs for shipping physical products

The costs for your gemstones and/or jewelry is FREE to US Customers. There is no additional costs for shipping added to your checkout for US customers.

All shipping of appraised gemstones and/or jewelry has a signature required for delivery.

To ensure you receive the product and to acknowledge the date as to when the return policy begins. 

Refund policy

* We have a 7-day return policy for all physical products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.

To start a return, you must contact us within 7 days at dthornton@puresolmedia.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

* Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through Pure Sol Media. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at the seller's discretion.

Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost. To the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) applies to you, you may have additional rights relating to returning items. To the extent the CRD applies (if you are a consumer based in the EU), you will be entitled to elect to use either the CRD or the seller's policy in respect of returning a particular item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be issued for the full value of the order, but will not include shipping costs to or from the customer.

International orders will not be refunded if the buyer refuses to pay VAT.
